Vanilla Beans is a cloud Patisserie based in Bandra West, Mumbai. We take pride in our Gourmet Cakes and desserts that are 100% eggless and are known for our exciting flavor profiles, textures & luxury designs. All of our cakes are made on order, which ensures that they are extremely fresh and the sponge is super moist. We use premium ingredients from around the world, like Madagascar vanilla pods and Belgian chocolate callets.
It started off as a simple home bakery in 2013, by mother and son duo - Deepa & Rohit Desai. Ten years on, we can proudly say that we’ve been a part of thousands of special occasions and moments. Deepa is the head chef and overlooks production, quality & operations; while Rohit is responsible for Marketing, Product development, content creation and the brand as a whole.
